​COLMENA preserves more than 1,000 microbial strains isolated from agricultural and marine zones located in the State of Sonora and Sinaloa, Mexico. Most of these strains have been isolated from important crops, such as:: Wheat, Alfafa, Brocoli, Safflower, Sparagus, Beans, Oranges, Corn, and Potato.
